Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms are big, comfy, stylish, with an amazing bathroom and bathtub that makes you feel like you're bathing in the outside jungle. The whole team was so welcoming and the public pool was clean and had hot water, adding to the great stay.

The hotel had simple rooms along the same corridor. Despite several maintenance issues at check-in, like no hot water in the shower, the rooms were equipped with air conditioning. The service for our entire trip was very friendly, with super helpful and friendly staff providing a ton of great recommendations. The location, in a tropical jungle with a very cool modern boho vibe, was not near the beach but convenient to reach destinations. In particular, the concierge staff were excellent in helping us organize tours and transport. The dining experience was tasty and fresh, although a bit slow. The hotel facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
